Community gathering to pray for our city, state, nation, and world

The Dublin/Laurens County National Day of Prayer Task Force will host two events on May 7, 2026. The 12 noon event will be at Market on Madison, 314 W Madison St, Dublin, GA 31021. It will be a time of prayer for the 7 Mountains (Government, Military, Business, Education, Media, Family, and Churches).

The second event will be at City on a Hill,  2778 GA-257, Dublin, GA 31021, at 7:00 p.m. In addition to prayer, there will be times of Praise and Worship. 

This National Day of Prayer Event will be located at City on a Hill, 2778 GA-257, Dublin, GA 31021. Praise and Worship will be by the Dexter Assembly Worship Team. We will have prayer for the 7 mountains: Government, Business, Military, Education, Media, Family and Church.

This event is a time for businesses, churches, ministries, and individuals to gather to hear speaker Joel Cauley, enjoy a time of worship with special music, have a delicious breakfast catered by Longstreet and pray together, as individual prayer leaders lead prayer for 9 different areas of influence in our nation.

A community gathering in the outdoor center square of Gainesville.

People are encouraged to take their lunch hour and come to the Square for an hour of prayer for our nation. There will be special worship music and people will rotate to eight prayer stations, where prayer leaders from our community will lead in prayer for all the centers of influence in our nation.

The 2026 National Day of Prayer will be held on Thursday, May 7th, at 6 pm, at the Lawrenceville Lawn (210 Luckie St) in the City of Lawrenceville.

Speakers list will be revealed in April.

All denominations are welcome. There will be no preaching or teaching from the stage. Only intercessory prayer.
