Local National Day of Prayer Gathering Search

This is a community program of prayer and praise hosted by the City of Portsmouth, Virginia. Event attendees will include city officials, city employees, citizens, and our faith community.

Please join us in this National Prayer Initiative right here in the center of Virginia Beach!

This year's National Day of Prayer theme is “Glorify God Among the Nations, Seeking Him in All Generations.”

We desire to come together as one Body and Community to come in agreement in prayer as we combat the wiles of the enemy and reclaim Kingdom territory.

The National Day of Prayer Service will be held at King’s Gate International, 5701 Thurston Ave. Virginia Beach, VA 23455 @ 6:30pm.

Come join this awesome group of God's people who want to lift up and pray for our nation and our local towns of Williamsburg, Lightfoot, Norge, Toano, and New Kent! This is our 4th Annual National Day of Prayer for our community and it's amazing to see a vast number of people from many churches and organizations from our community gather to pray in one accord!

Bring your lawn chair, get ready for worship & lots of Prayer!

We meet & pray adjacent to the heart of our nation's founding right here in Colonial Williamsburg at City Square Park - 412 N. Boundary St., Williamsburg, VA 23185

A prayer gathering for our Nation.  It will be United Corp. Prayer in main sanctuary from 12:00 noon - 1:00pm.  Come & join us.

At Thalia Lynn Baptist Church, 4392 Virginia Beach Blvd, Virginia Beach, VA (next to Princess Anne High School), the chapel will be open to the public for prayer continuously between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. You may enter at the portico door (facing PAHS) any time during those hours, pick up a prayer guide, proceed to the chapel, and enter His presence for a minute or a few hours as you are able, praying silently or aloud as is your custom.

The day-long spontaneous gathering will conclude with a community-wide time of group prayer  7:00-8:00 p.m.

THE HEALING CENTER OF WILLIAMSBURG, VA IS MEETING ON MAY 7, 2026, AT 10 AM TO PRAY FOR OUR NATION.  OUR MEETING LOCATION IS 5306 OLDE TOWNE ROAD, WILLIAMSBURG, VA. 23188 

An event open to all people where we enjoy a blessed time of prayer for our community and world led by Pastors and community leaders.

The towns of Williamsburg, Lightfoot, Toano, Norge, and New Kent are gathering for our 4th Annual Community National Day of Prayer Event!  This brings many churches and others together to pray for our nation and our communities!  All prayer includes the National Day of Prayer list, and many other prayers for our local communities!  

Many from all over our communities always look forward to gathering in one of the most historic places in our nation "where it all began!" 

This is a great time to lift up to the Lord and give Him thanks & praise! 

Bring your lawn/beach chair, and an umbrella as this is a outdoor event on grass.
