Concord Baptist Church will host a National Day of Prayer celebration at 6:30 am on May 1, 2025.  The event will begin in the church commons and then move to the sanctuary for the prayer time.

We will have prayer specifically for National, State and Local leaders, educators, Military, EMS, Fire and Rescue, and Law Enforcement.

The National Day of Prayer will be observed this Thursday, May 1, 2025. Gethsemane Baptist Temple and our Pastor, Sam Duncan, Chairman of the Anderson County National Day of Prayer, invite everyone to join us in attendance as we pray for our city, state and nation on Thursday, May 1, 2025 at 12:00 noon at the Anderson County Courthouse Plaza located at 100 South Main St. in Anderson, SC. (If we have inclement weather, we will meet in the Historic Courthouse Council Chambers located across the street at 101 South Main Street, Anderson, SC). Please do your best to attend, but if you can not attend, please pray where you are.

All Sun City Hilton Head residents and their guests are invited to our Annual National Day of Prayer Service.  Members of our community will be praying for our country, our leaders (national and local), our military, first responders, teachers, etc.  We are very fortunate to have with us, once again this year, a wonderful local talent, Tim Malchak.  He will be sharing his latest music (and some special favorites) throughout the service.

This event is sponsored by the Bible Study Club here in Sun City.  

South Carolina's Capitol City Event will be held on the North steps and lawn of the State Capitol. 

Please join us for a time of prayer at the noon hour on May 1st, 2025 in Joseph Rainey Park next to the Kaminski House.  Many church leaders will be leading us in prayer for our nation, our city, leaders, schools, families, military and first responders, and churches.  We will begin with the blowing of shofars.  We include the National Anthem, the Pledge of Allegiance, and a proclamation by the mayor acknowledging the Georgetown National Day of Prayer.  This is a day we pray as a nation and church united before God and we hope you will attend and be a part of this prayer observance.

We will have a time of worship and prayer in the church chapel on May 2 from 12:00pm til 12:45pm.

Join us before your workday begins to lift up our nation, state, and local community in prayer. We will serve coffee, worship, reflect on Scripture, and pray together!

The First Baptist Church of Harleyville is hosting a community event for National Day of Prayer 2025.   The event will be held at the Harleyville, SC Town Park with speakers and singers from community churches, schools, county offices, and businesses.   Dylan Carter, four chair turn from the hit show, The Voice, will be singing at this year's event.   Please come out and join us!  

Providence Church in Hilton Head, SC will hold an Outdoor Worship Service in observance of the National Day of Prayer.  The event, where prayer will be offered for our National and Local Government, Military, First Responders, Schools, Churches and Neighbors, is open to the Community.  Please Join Us.  (Also available via livestream)

The South Carolina international Pentecostal church will be gathering to pray. 

Join our community in a time of prayer for our city, state, and nation. The prayer time will be Thursday, May 2 at noon until 1pm. It will be held at St. Andrews Mt. Pleasant, 440 Whilden street, Mt Pleasant. This year's theme is POUR OUT TO THE GOD OF HOPE AND BE FILLED

The Ninety Six Ministerial Association will gather with all of the Ninety Six, South Carolina community to pray together at the Gazebo in the center of Ninety Six. 

Riverbluff Church will be hosting  The National Day of Prayer Thursday May 1, 2025

The community is welcomed to come in and pray at any time between the hours of 9 AM - 7 PM.

It is a self guided prayer time. We will provide a prayer guide with prayer prompts to help you pray.

Since our nation’s founding, our leaders, starting with our first president George Washington, have found great wisdom, comfort, and guidance in prayer, and for the past 74 years the president of the United States has issued a proclamation calling on all Americans to pray for our nation.

Join us on Thursday, May 1 from 9:30am – 10am on the steps of Pickens County Courthouse, Main Street, downtown Pickens, as we come together as a community to praise God and to pray with others for our community, state, and nation. This is an outdoor community prayer event on the courthouse lawn. Bring a chair if you want.  

National Day of Prayer – Seneca, SC

Join us on Thursday, May 1st, from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM at Shaver Recreation Department in Seneca, SC, as we unite for the National Day of Prayer.

This year’s theme is inspired by Romans 15:13 – "May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit."

Let us pour out our hearts to the God of hope and be filled as we gather in worship and prayer with fellow believers, city officials, community members and leaders. This will be a powerful time of encouragement, unity, and intercession as we lift our city, schools, churches, businesses, and nation in prayer.

We invite you to join us in faith and fellowship as we seek God’s presence, peace, and blessings over our community and beyond.
