Gathering of NDP Volunteers across the East Region, which comprised of the following states (OH, MD, D.C., VA, DE, WV, NC).  This Summit will provide strategies for planning, promoting and hosting mobilized unified prayer gatherings across the region on the National Day of Prayer Observance.  This gathering is open to all current and those interested in attending the event.

Area leaders will gather at the City Lake Park Amphitheatre in Albemarle, N.C., to issue calls to prayer for the government, military and first-responders, businesses, educational institutions, churches and families after which the audience will gather in groups and pray. Music will be featured between prayer times. The event is one of two NDOP observances sponsored by the Stanly-Montgomery Baptist Association.

Cambridge Village Communities APEX will be hosting a prayer gathering for our nation, state, city and neighbors at 1:30PM. The retirement community is located at 10000 CAmbridge Villege Loop. Scripture, music and specific prayer, asking God to bring revival!

Our welcome is extended to all who will gather at Radiant Church for individual and corporate prayer.  

This will be our first event. We will begin at the Pamlico County Courthouse at 8am and then move to the Grantsboro Town Hall at 11am. Elected officials, area Ministers and Lay people will come together to offer public prayer for our county, government and nation.

The National Day of Prayer Gathering at the Burgaw Courthouse on 100 N. Wright Street, Burgaw, NC 28425. We will gather together at noon to pray for the 7 pillars of our nation. For those that cannot gather, there will be prayer banners all along all four sides of the courthouse to stop and pray throughout the day.

LifeLine Pregnancy Help Center and Stone's Throw Christian  Ministry working in partnership to commemorate the 73rd National Day of Prayer. 

We invite you to join us in a celebration of prayer as we lift up 7 focus areas, this will be a floating type event from 10:00 am. till 6:30 pm. Through out the day we will recognize 4 different times of corporate prayer being led by area community members.

Corporate times of prayer will be 10:00 am, 12:30 pm, 3:00 pm, 6:00pm.

Our 7 prayer stations will be:

The Lost, Addiction, The Church/Families, Education System, Pastors/Deacons Church Leadership, Government, Abortion. At each station you will receive a list of prayer concerns.

We look forward to worshiping with you in prayer.

The Carolina Baptist Association posted the 73rd National Day of Prayer Thursday, May 2nd 2024 at the Henderson County Historic courthouse. It was a time of prayer, praise, and worship.

On the National Day of Prayer, our church doors will be open inviting the community to gather in unity. Embracing all who seek solace, hope, and connection. Whether whispered or shouted, tearful or joyful, every prayer for our nation, state, and communities every prayer finds its way to the throne of grace.

Churches in and around Hickory will gather downtown Hickory to petition God for our nation, its people and its leaders. 

Hayworth Christian School and Hayworth Wesleyan Church gather on the front lawn for prayer.

Meet at the fountain in the Hobgood Town Square for a time of prayer for our nation, state, community and Israel.

Meet at Restore Church, 600 Court Street, Jacksonville at 8 am.

Join us as we gather together in downtown Lumberton to pray for America! We will "LIFT UP THE WORD AND LIGHT UP THE WORLD." 

Please join us on May 2 from 12:00-12:30 as we “Lift up the Word - Light up the World” (2 Samuel 22:29-31) - as our church hosts the National Day of Prayer service. Bradford Academy will provide special music. Prayers will be offered by several pastors and other community leaders.  A light lunch will be served.

Cambridge Retirement Communities BRIER CREEK will be hosting a prayer gathering for our nation, state, city and neighbors at 11AM.  The retirement community is located at 7901 TW Alexander Dr Raleigh NC. Scripture, music and specific prayer, asking God to bring revival!

On Thursday, May 2 @ 12:00 PM the Rural Hall, NC community will meet at Town Hall. Weather permitting, the gathering will be held outside near the flagpole. So, bring your own lawn/camp chair. Lunch will be provided after a brief service led by local pastors.

The Sanford Pastors Prayer Group will host an evening of prayer for our nation and community in observance of the National Day of Prayer. This evening will feature segments of worship and prayer and be led by various pastors located in the greater Sanford, NC area.

The community of Sneads Ferry, in coordination with community churches and pastors, will gather to pray for our nation and her leaders, her military, and her salvation.  2 Chronicles 7:14 says, if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.  We gather humbly, seeking His face, repentant of our sins, to call on our might and holy God to heal our land, and we pray in the mighty name of Jesus.  Please join us and amplify our request.

A time of music, worship, speakers, and prayers.

A community event for people to come together & pray together for our nation.

We invite and encourage you to come praise the Lord with us and humbly repent of our sins confessing our unfaithfulness, prayerlessness, and disobedience. We will worship the Lord in music and prayer. We are reminder in James 5:16 that "The effective fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much". The Lord will hear our prays as we pray for the family, church, business and workplace, education, military, government, and arts, media and entertainment.

This prayer rally begins with music provided by our local youth and by the Jones Onslow Male Chorus. Prayers for the seven avenues of influence begin at 6 and are provided by adults and youth. 

Neighbors from across Thomasville, NC and across the county are invited to join community members from every sector in praying for our nation.

Prayer, Breakfast, Spoken Word of God

There will be a prayer event at the Town of Wake Forest Plaza at the flagpole area on May 2 from 1130-1230. There will also be prayer stations set up at the nearby Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Mayor Vivian Jones will read a proclamation at the event at 1130.

The Youngsville Community National Day of Pray will take place on Thursday May 2, from 12 noon to 1pm.  The event will be located at 90 US 1A HWY S Youngsville NC.  This is a vacant lot next to the Youngsville Town Hall and across the street from Youngsville Elementary School.  Parking is available at Luddy Park.  A pray walk from Faith Baptist Church will take place at 11:30am in Faith's East Parking Lot.  The walk will end at Town Hall.  Please note there will be no parking available at Town Hall.
