Calling all State Coordinators, Regional Coordinators, County Coordinators, and Event Hosts from across the East Region (Ohio, Delaware, Maryland, Washington D.C., Virginia, West Virginia, and North Carolina) to join a special gathering of all East Regional Prayer Partners.  The purpose of this gathering will be to Inform, Equip, and Empower everyone with preparation strategies for the upcoming National Day of Prayer Observance.  You don't want to miss this special event, which will be hosted via zoom to allow us to connect across the Region from the comfort of our own homes, churches or businesses.

On May 7 at 5749 Tom Hill Rd. Archdale NC 27263 We will pray for our nation and for the coming revival and blessing in our area. That morning starting at 6:30 AM, you can come and walk through a large cut Cross in the hay field. As you walk you can pray for our nation and city. The cross will be outlined with Flags from all our the world. You can also pray for other nation and to bless them with your prayer, for them to also experiance a genuine revival. 

That night at 7 all are invited to a gathering to worship God and Pray for our nation and people to renew our relationship with God through prayer

Autryville Community Pastors will be leading a time of prayer for our nation and community at our Town Gazebo 

An event open to all people where we enjoy a blessed time of prayer for our community and world led by Pastors and community leaders.

The Pastors and Clergy of Broadway NC (Lee & Harnett Counties) will lead the community in prayer at the North Carolina Veterans Memorial & NC Disabled Veterans Monument, 210 South Main Street, Broadway NC.

On Thursday, May 7th millions of people from across America will join together to celebrate the 75th annual National Day of Prayer. Since 1952, the National Day of Prayer has been a powerful reminder of our need to kneel before God’s throne in the public square. 

World of Pentecost has been in prayer for our local and national leaders since its beginning in 1984. For the past 19 years, the church has made a special effort to gather with community leaders to pray for each other and our nation.  

In addition, every community leader receives a young prayer partner. Our children are learning the importance of prayer and an appreciation for the godly leaders we have in the community. 

We are excited to come together yet again for this important time and want you to be our guest.

Please join us this year as our special guest. The event will begin at 12:30pm at World of Pentecost. There will also be a light lunch reception afterward for our guests and their young prayer partners and family. The reception will begin around 1:15pm until approximately 2pm. Please feel free to bring family members as well. We understand that important work in a community needs strong families, and we would be thrilled to have your family join us in this event.

The Ark Christian Church of RTP is sponsoring our first National Prayer Day Breakfast on May 7, 2026. This is a monumental occasion that you do not want to miss, as we come together to pray and watch God move to restore jobs, the economy, and families in the great city of Durham, NC.

The National prayer theme that prompts us to, “Glorify God Among the Nations, Seeking Him in All Generations.” Our local prayer theme is Revival and Restoration for the people of Durham and the surrounding areas. We believe that God will heal the land if we repent and pray according to 2 Chronicles 7:14 (“If my people, which are called by name, shall humble themselves, and pray and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal the land.”)

Community gathering at the Edenton-Chowan Courthouse to pray together for the World, our Nation, our community and God's people.  Please join local church and community leaders together in prayer.

Various Prayer Stations will be set up throughout the church and in the evening multiple Pastors from the community will pray for different things 

Area ministers will pray for our country and for our area and we will also divide up into small groups for prayer

This event will be held on the grounds of the Gaston County Courthouse. It is non-denominational and will include prayers and readings by clergy and lay leaders around the county.

In our prayer time we will use the NDOP Prayer topics as our guide. Each topic will be lead by a member of the PRCC Prayer Team.

Interfaith Clergy, committed to serving our community with unity and faith, will host the National Day of Prayer. We warmly welcome everyone to come and pray with us.

Mebane Presbyterian Church will be hosting the National Day of Prayer Service on Thursday, May 7 from 12:00-12:30. Several local churches are participating in the service along with city officials. Bradford Academy will provide special music. A light lunch will be served following the service.

Join our student organized and led praise and prayer event on May 7, 2026 beginning at 6 p.m. This free event will be held at the Carteret County Speedway just off of Highway 58 in Peletier NC.

In observance of the National Day of Prayer, the Stedman community is sponsoring the following event:

“Prayer in the Park” on Thursday, May 7, from 12:00 Noon until 1:00 P.M.

It will be led by various pastors/leaders in Stedman and surrounding areas. Since seating is limited under the covered picnic area at the park, participants might want to bring a chair. In the case of inclement weather, the event will take place in the main sanctuary of Stedman PH Church, 432 Hillsboro Street, Stedman, NC 28391.
