In an effort to show Unity within the Body of Christ in Mt Washington Valley, New Hampshire will be collectively honoring the 74th Annual National Day of Prayer on May 7 at 6:30 pm at The Journey Church, 15 Hutchins Drive, Center Conway, NH

Pastors from local churches will be leading attendees in prayer among the 7 spheres outlined in the National Day of Prayer official program.

The Legion 46 Honor Guard will be presenting the American Flag with the Flags of our Military Departments displayed courtesy of Legion 95 both from the Conway area.  A reception will follow.

Join seven local churches at Journey Church, 15 Hutchins Drive, Center Conway, NH in recognizing the power of prayer.  Prayers are concentrated upon the seven spheres of influence in our lives: in government, family, church, military, education, business and arts/media/entertainment.

Honorees: First Responders and Veterans in word and deed. SOLO, the oldest emergency, survival and rescue medical training organization will offer 50% discount on specified course for First Responders continuing education.

Music, Legion 46 Honor Guard, Legion 95 Military Flags, North Star Academy Choir, Prayer, Fellowship, Love Offering to support Tunnel to Towers and displays providing further information on charter schools, Legions, Veteran Organizations, June 11 5K in North Conway to support Tunnel to Towers and participating churches.

Join us on Thursday, May 7, at noon for the National Day of Prayer. We’ll gather on the back lawn to pray for our local, state, and national leaders, to lift up the families of our region, and to pray for unity and revival in the Lakes Region, Ossipee Valley, and beyond. “For where two or three gather in my name, there I am with you.” [Matthew 18:20] 

Join us at the Concord Capital for The National Day of Prayer. It is also the 75th anniversary of the ministry..We will be glorifying and seeking the Lord in prayer for New Hampshire and the nation.

Praise and prayer gathering at Dover City Hall from 12-1pm followed by a luncheon at Dover Baptist church, located at 151 Washington St., Dover

Drop-In prayer event to pray for the states and the country. Additionally, participants can pray for the seven pillars of the NDP. Prayer warriors will be available to pray corporately if desired.

One Voice, an intergenerational Christian performing arts group in the Lakes Region of central New Hampshire, presents a concert of prayer and praise celebrating the 2026 National Day of Prayer.

In the United States, the National Day of Prayer in 2026 is May 7th. This American tradition is older than America itself, dating back to the Second Continental Congress, before the Declaration of Independence. Before America was born, it was already steeped in a tradition of prayer! As has been our tradition, we will be hosting a prayer gathering on the Milford Oval on Thursday, May 7th at 6:00 pm to unite the Church in the Souhegan Valley in prayer and intercession for our nation, state and the Souhegan Valley. We invite you to join us as we come together in prayer over our nation.
