You are warmly invited to attend the Harrison County National Day of Prayer gathering. During this time we will join together in prayer for our nation, our state, and our local community, including our churches, schools, families, and leaders.

On the National Day of Prayer, Christians across the country will unite in prayer and worship. We look forward to believers throughout Harrison County, Kentucky coming together in unity to participate in this meaningful event.

Join us in Hardin County for the National Day of Prayer, as we celebrate 75 years of prayer for America! We acknowledge how blessed we are to live in a country where, by law, every year on the first Thursday of May, our President proclaims a day of prayer for our nation.

We would like to invite you to join with us and the millions of men and women of faith who will pause, reflect, and cry out to our Heavenly Father from the truth found in Romans 15:13, "Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that you will abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit."

Come to Flemingsburg Baptist Church and pray on May 7th!  Our doors will be open from 11AM-1PM.  Come pray for 5 minutes or an hour!  We will have folks that can pray with you and for you if needed.  Come pray for our nation, our community and our neighbors!

Please note that this year’s Hardinsburg event will take place at 6:00 PM on Main Street in front of the old courthouse. We have moved the time from noon to evening to encourage more families and churches to attend, especially as we celebrate our nation’s 250th anniversary.

The program will last approximately one hour and will feature guest speaker Lee Watts, local pastors and officials, the color guard, and the Pleasantview choir. The event is open to the public; please bring your family and lawn chairs for your comfort.

Almighty God gave us this promise in 2 Chronicles 7:14: “If my people, who are called by My name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.” As we humbly and diligently seek Him, we’ll be changed, and we’ll see transformation in Mt. Sterling and across America through prayer!

Ladies, let’s come together as sister churches to pray for our country. Bring a potluck salad of your choice to share and after our meal, we will pray together over the 7 areas of influence as outlined by the NDOP national committee. 

Participate with hundreds who read their assigned-upon-arrival Bible readings simultaneously so that in 20 min. the entire Bible will be read aloud! No pre-registration necessary. Before 11:30am, get your assigned reading/instructions at the base of the flagpole before 11:30am.  

No better way to spend your lunch hour than with your family/friends and hundreds of others, interceding on behalf of our nation through prayer and worship!

Let’s come together as a community of faith to pray for our nation and the needs of our people. 

The New Hope Baptist Church invites you to join us for a powerful hour of prayer dedicated to our community, armed forces, nation, and church. Come together and be part of this heartfelt spiritual gathering.  

The Chapel group for the Kentucky Department of Criminal Justice Training will host a National Day of Prayer outdoor event at our Richmond Campus, near our Police Memorial and Flag Poles. This event is open to all employees and academy attendees. 

Community prayer time.

An outdoor program at the Shepherdsville 1st Street City Park Pavilion/Stage will begin at noon with the blowing of the Shofar. Area pastors will pray for assigned topics. Worship music will be provided. It is a rain or shine event. Bleachers are provided or you may bring your own lawn chair. Bullitt County Ministerial Association Prayer Association sponsor the event.
