The National Day of Prayer Pastor's Prayer Broadcast will begin at 11:30am (PST) on KGBA 100.1FM and will feature Imperial Valley pastors who will pray over our community and its needs.  Every 5 minutes a different local pastor will join the broadcast to pray.  Please join us for this powerful 2 and a half hour live broadcast as we lift up our community on the air and pray along with us on this special day of prayer. Our plan for that day is to have our chapel open the entire day for those who would like to come and pray. The Rock Church, 1701 Leonard Ave. in Dos Palos is hosting  The National Day of Prayer program at noon. This is a time to come together and pray earnestly along with others in our nation for God's hand on our nation, to bring us back into a right relationship with Him. The doors of the church will open at 11:30 and light refreshments will be available before the service.

The Prayer Experience is an interactive evening of prayer and worship where Junior High and High School students will encounter God like never before! This event is a night filled with moments of prayer, praise, and worship-focused art projects that teens will be able to take with them to continue to remind them about the importance of prayer. Our theme is “Glorify God Among the Nations, Seeking Him in All Generations.” from 1 Chron 16:24.  As part of the evening's activities, the youth will be composing letters to foreign missionaries to let them know they are being prayed for; building prayer boxes to encourage their families and folks in their community; and starting prayer journals to continue seeking the Lord.  Join us for this meaningful event!

This is an evening of directed prayer interspersed with moments of worship. We will be praying for particular areas of our region and needs. The purpose of the evening is a "calling" to all believers to go to a house of worship the following day (May 7) on the National Day of Prayer between the hours of 8am and 3pm to pray, so that there are prayers being lifted up all day. A list of participating churches whose sanctuaries will be open on the National Day of Prayer will be available to participants that evening. Adults and families are encouraged to attend. Child care will be available.

Join us for a powerful evening of prayer, worship, and unity at our 2026 National Day of Prayer & Worship Gathering. Beginning at 6:30 PM, this special night is designed to lead us into God’s presence as we lift our hearts together in worship and intercession for our families, our community, and the nations.

We’ll open the evening with a warm welcome and enter into worship through song, preparing our hearts for what God wants to do. At 6:40 PM, we’ll share a meaningful theme video followed by a short teaching from Chris and Sarah Nunn, centered on this year’s theme verse:

“Tell of His glory among the nations, His wonderful deeds among all the peoples.” – 1 Chronicles 16:24

This teaching will guide us through the heart and purpose of the night, helping us engage fully in each moment of prayer.

Throughout the evening, we will move through intentional times of prayer, each focused on a specific area:

 • Confession & Repentance – turning our hearts back to God

 • Forgiveness – releasing and restoring relationships

 • Intercession – standing in the gap for others

 • Healing – believing God for restoration and breakthrough

 • Adoration & Communion – honoring Jesus and remembering His sacrifice

Each prayer moment will be led by trusted voices from our church family, with worship woven throughout to keep our focus on the Lord. This rhythm of prayer and worship creates space for reflection, surrender, and encounter.

We will close the evening together around 8:00 PM with a final prayer and a reprise of our opening song—sending us out encouraged, refreshed, and united in faith.

Whether you come carrying burdens or simply a desire to seek God more deeply, there is a place for you here. Bring your family, invite a friend, and come expectant for what God will do as we gather in His name.

The evening Oceanside National Day of Prayer event is held in the Courtyard (weather permitting, or in the adjacent auditorium) of the El Corazon Senior Center in Oceanside. Our annual event features the Marine Corps Jr. ROTC Color Guard unit from El Camino High School, a city proclamation read by Oceanside's Mayor, topical prayers by a variety of local pastors and Christian leaders, and a live worship band. 

Join employees from probation, the juvenile court, social services, the department of education, community organizations, and local church members for a 20-minute prayer time in front of the juvenile courthouse.

The community is invited to join us in praying for our nation with representatives from five churches in Pollock Pines and Camino.
As those who live in El Dorado County, we will offer our affection and attention to Jesus, in giving thanks, asking for help, and seeking the peace and well-being of the place we live. We will agree with the Word for God's will for the centers of government, military and first responders, media and arts, business, education, church and family.
We will host the evening gathering outside, so bring what you need to be comfortable for the Spring weather.

We will gather outside around the flagpole near the fountain in front of the police department.  A proclamation honoring the National Day of Prayer will be presented by the mayor’s office. All the city council members and mayor have been invited along with school board members in each district and college officials.

Please join us and share this invitation with your congregation. Our city needs our united prayer front. We hope to see a large group this year joining our hearts and crying out to God for our city and nation.

Churches in the area are going to meet at Foothills Church in Rancho Santa Margarita.  We will gather, sing, pray.  Please join us.  We'd love to pray with you.

1. Lunch Hour 12:00 - 1:15 at the Superior Courthouse Flagpole  1354 Johnson Blvd by Police & Sheriff offices. This is an outside gathering.  Bring your own chairs if standing is difficult. Dress in layers as our Tahoe weather can be unpredictable. Bart Libby will lead us in choruses.

2. Thursday evening inside 6 - 8 PM hosted by South Shore Assembly of God Church 886 Glorene Ave. 1 block W of "The Y".   There’ll be a time for worship. Local Pastors and the community are encouraged to attend and invite their neighbors and friends & all to join together and pray. - Bring your Bibles, your journals, and come ready to seek Jesus for our nation and South Lake Tahoe!

Please join us in front of the San Luis Obispo Courthouse on May 7,2026 to worship God and pray for our country, our families, our military, our leaders, education, and our local churches on this 250th anniversary of our country's birth.

Music starts at 11:30 am. Prayer will begin at noon. This is a non-political, non-denominational event that welcomes all who love our country, our beloved Central Coast, and most of all, our Glorious God!

Glorify God among the nations seeking Him in all generations 1 chronicles 16:24.  This is the theme verse for this year's National Day of Prayer.  Will you join us on Thursday May 7th from 7:00-8:30pm at Calvary Church Santa Ana in Fellowship Hall glorifying God and seeking Him in prayer. The 29th Annual National Day of Prayer Event in Santa Maria is a gathering of local churches and individuals to pray for our community, state and nation. This event is hosted annually by the Santa Maria Valley Community of Prayer, a board of volunteers, and is funded exclusively through community donations. We are hosting two bilingual events again this year.

The Santa Maria Valley Community of Prayer will be hosting our first 7-HOUR PRAYER DAY to pray over the seven spheres within our community. Starting at 10:00 a.m. we will take one hour each to pray for:

National Day of Prayer gathering will be held outside of Stockton City Hall-425 N El Dorado St in Stockton, California 95202

SC Naz Church is opening its doors from 7am to 7pm for those that want to pray for our community, their families, our nation, and our world.  There will be prayer prompts in our lobby and soft music in our sanctuary.  Feel free to come on your own, or with someone you know to pray together.

There will be a guided time of prayer at Noon led by one of our pastors.

Also, there will also be a corporate time of worship and prayer at 6pm.

We will sing a couple of songs led by Jerry Mulkins of St. Malachy's Catholic Church and Tracy Barns formerly of St. Malachy's. A short message will be brought by Pastor Marcus Lewis of First Baptist Church. Then seven local pastors will lead us in prayer for America's Families, Education, Businesses, Government, Military, Media, and the Church.

We will have a time of praise and worship led by pianist Michelle Eubanks. Then, Associate Pastor of Abundant Life Church, Mitchell Cook will bring the message. Afterwards seven local pastors and leaders will lead us in pray for America's Families, Education, Businesses, Government, Military, Media, and the Church.

This event is open to the public, so feel free to invite your co-workers, friends, neighbors and family for an encouraging time of prayer to our heavenly Father. We will have a time of prayer available in the church sanctuary at both 12pm & 6pm.

Strong Tower Ministries is gathering churches to participate in the 21 days of prayer as well to encourage each church to patriciate in the 21 days which begins on April 16th through May 6th next day is the National Day of Prayer. Every church will meet at their own time for prayer. 

prayer time is during the day of each day for 21 days.

Each church will host its own prayer time.

Strong Tower Ministry is coordinating and meeting each church that has join the team. I have copies flyers, list of prayer teams and will follow-up during the duration of 21 days. On May 7th each church will open a place (room) so they could come together to pray.
