We have been reading through the Bible in half hour shifts for several years.   When last reader is through at 6:00 pm we just pick back up there this year.  We have read through twice now.  Good way to have everyone participate, readers just text me when they are finished with their half hour and tell me where to tell the next reader to pickup.   This way even shut-ins can participate.   We use a sign-up sheet the weeks before May to fill in all the slot times.

14 Prayer warriors from Ministries, Business, Government, Education, and Public Service along with musicians and vocalists from many Worship groups join together to celebrate Jesus and close out a day of prayer and fasting. NDP in Hot Springs focuses on the body of Christ coming together in "One Accord", dropping our denominational and ethnic differences to cry out for God's intervention in our community, state, and nation. For over 17 years more than 50 churches have been united in this effort. and God has done some amazing things as a result. So, join us at any of the Hot Springs locations for prayer then help us close out the day by lifting up Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.

We are inviting all churches in our area and town to gather together on the county courthouse lawn at 9:00 a.m. on May 2nd, 2024. Our goal is to create a powerful and united front of prayer, demonstrating our love for God and our commitment to the spiritual well-being of our community.

During this gathering, we will be praying for:

1. The unity and spiritual growth of our community

2. Wisdom and discernment for our local and state leaders

3. God's guidance and protection over our nation

We believe that your church's presence at this event would be a valuable contribution to the overall impact of our united prayers. It is our hope that the local churches will come together in unity, setting aside any denominational differences, to uplift our community, state, and nation in prayer.

Please consider this invitation as a heartfelt request for your church's participation in this significant event. Kindly let us know of your decision to attend by April 29, so that we can make the necessary arrangements. You can reach us at 501-354-2117 or cbcmorrilton@att.net.
