Life Elevation Church will host a National Day of Prayer service on May 7, 2026 from 7-8 pm. Church leaders and youth will pray for all 7 topics and attendees will be encouraged to actively join in prayer for each topic.

This is the 1st National Day of Prayer, El Mirage Event — A call for community unity to seek the face of God together, and to intercede for our city, state, and nation.

Join us for our annual Downtown Gilbert Prayer Walk* as we pause at historic sites, civic buildings, existing and soon to emerge local businesses, to pray for God's presence to come into our community, impacting all expressions of our culture.  May the church be united and empowered to be salt and light, as we share Jesus to the lost and hurting in our midst.  MEET IN THE CHURCH SOUTH PARKING LOT.

*NOTE:  Walk is approximately 1.2 miles round trip.  Wear comfortable shoes and bring water.

Join us for our annual multi-church, family friendly prayer gathering with live worship, as we partner with local pastors and community leaders to pray for our Nation.  Our lobby will be displayed with a variety of founding father portraits and quotations, along with a repentance prayer station, highlighting  the Christian foundations of our Nation.

Join us for a community-wide corporate prayer gathering as we seek to "Glorify God Among All Generations."

We will gather on our rooftop meeting space located above Uncle Bears restaurant and the Aqua-Tots headquarters offices. We will meet for 30 minutes over the lunch hour to also allow time for our Team to grab lunch. We will worship and have several people/kids/young adults lead us in prayer.

~ What ~

National Day of Prayer is 5/7 and in Arizona we are calling for prayer walking at the State Capitol throughout the whole week, 5/3 - 5/9.

~ When ~

We will be leading group prayer walks M-F 12-1pm. If you can prayerwalk on Sunday and Saturday, pick the time that works best for you and bring a friend! We do not recommend prayer walking the Capitol after dark.

~ Where ~

Park at Wesley Bolin Memorial Plaza east of the Capitol and meet at the flagpole in front of the Capitol.

~ Vision ~

We are hosting a prayerwalk in the pattern of the Jericho march (Joshua 6) praying for the spiritual walls of corruption and sin to be brought down in our state and nation. We remember that it is we who must be on God's side, rather than God on our side (Joshua 5:13-15).

We will be having a corporate intercessory prayer meeting at Paradise Valley Christian Preparatory School on the above date and time. The school's address is 11875 N. 24th St. in phoenix, Arizona. We will be meeting in the gymnasium. We will open with a few worship songs aligning with our desire for the Lord to come and help our state and country as we bow down before Him. Many prayer subjects will be discussed for about 2 minutes each and then we will join together in small groups to focus and pray for that subject only. Please join us for the length of time that works best for you. You are needed. your prayers are powerful and effective.

We are gathering to recognize the National Day of Prayer, the first Thursday of May. This year it is May 7th, 2026 and we will begin at the State Capitol flagpole.

Prayer for the United States of America will take place in the Montalvo building at SouthGate Church on Thursday, May 7, 8:30-9:30AM. 

 Men and women will join together for worship, Scripture reading, and prayer.

Join us for an observance at the local park! 

Taking the National Day of Prayer to those who cannot attend a National Day of Prayer Service due to work:  the Post Office; the Bank; various businesses and restaurants in Pine and Payson; the Fire Stations in both Pine and Strawberry.  

On this night, believers from across Prescott and the Quad Cities will gather in unity to pray, worship, and turn our hearts toward God together. This is more than an event—it’s a collective declaration that our hope is in Him, and that we are better together as His Church.

Hosted in partnership with churches across the Quad Cities, this gathering is an invitation to step into something bigger than any one church—a shared moment of faith, dependence, and expectation for what God will do in and through our community.

Park Collective will be hosting the PV Prays event this year. It will be on the National Day of Prayer (May 7). Doors open at 7:30 for the event.

Light breakfast will be provided. 

An interdenominational gathering to observe the National Day of Prayer and pray as a Body of Believers.

This is the 10th Annual National Day of Prayer, Surprise Event — a meaningful time to seek God’s face across generations, from the young to the wise, as we declare His glory and wonderful works to our community and beyond.

All are welcome—bring your family, friends, neighbors, and anyone with a heart to pray! No registration required; just come ready to pray.

Let’s humble ourselves, turn to God, and pray fervently for our land.

For His glory we come together in unified prayer for our city of Surprise, our state of Arizona, and our nation. We will lift up our leaders, families, churches, schools, military, and all people, asking God for His mercy, guidance, healing, and revival.

Please join us as we worship the Lord and pray for our nation together.

Greater Emmanuel Grace Apostolic Church will host two special events on May 7th.

Join us for our first service from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. for a time of prayer and the spoken Word.
